Speaking Opportunities

You are invited to submit programming ideas for WSAJ's CLE programs, including the annual convention. Please share your expertise and practical advice!

Speaker Qualifications
The keys to a successful presentation include learning objectives, practical applications, use of visual aids, and preparation of a speaker paper.

  • For compliance with CLE accreditation requirements, all speakers must submit a written paper to supplement their presentation. (If selected, WSAJ CLE staff will provide paper guidelines.)
  • Lawyers must also be members in good standing with their State Bar Association to speak at a WSAJ program.
  • Speakers who teach at WSAJ education programs are volunteers. Speakers are responsible for all travel-related expenses and, for conventions, speakers must pay the convention registration fee.

If your proposal is selected, you will be contacted by WSAJ staff and provided with more detailed information including guidelines for speaker papers.
