Cancellation Policy

Refunds for cancellations, less $50 handling fee for each registrant if cancellation is made prior to noon on November 20th. After that 75% credit, valid for one year, will be issued if the WSAJ Office is notified no later than December 1st. We cannot accept cancellations after this date.
