This program will give you the tools that you need to determine whether to pursue a claim on behalf of someone who fell on the property of another. You will learn the important things to consider before taking a case, what evidence you will need to develop to prove liability in the case, and what level of injuries the prospective client must have suffered for your case to be worth pursuing from an economic standpoint.
The program will cover the following:
• What are the first steps you need to take upon being retained.
• How do you prove notice of the dangerous condition.
• When do you need an expert and more importantly when do you not.
• What safety standards and codes are applicable and where do you find them.
• Common pitfalls in premises injury cases.
