It’s been an eventful year for the Insurance Fair Conduct Act (IFCA). Isaac Ruiz (Keller Rohrback L.L.P.) is hard at work on the new edition of his IFCA book—to be unveiled at next year’s WSAJ insurance seminar—and will be giving a quick overview of case developments, hot topics, and practice tips.

Isaac Ruiz recently launched the Plaintiff Litigation Group in Pioneer Square, Seattle. Before that, he was a partner with Keller Rohrback. Isaac and his team represent insurance policyholders, workers, and injured people.

Isaac serves as President of the QLaw Foundation Board, which provides free legal services for members of the LGBTQ community. In addition, this is Isaac’s third year serving as co-chair of the Seattle Community Police Commission, which was established as part of the...More
