Summary

Congratulations. You got the recovery your client always wanted. But your job is not over. You have three responsibilities left. First, you must deal with subrogation to maximize your client’s net recovery. Second, you need to decide how to safeguard your client’s funds while in your possession. Third, you need to point your client in the right direction to protect these funds and make the most out of the recovery. This CLE addresses important points of ethics in these three areas.
