How will you avoid this question when your retained or the opposing expert sends you a bill that seems outrageous? This program is designed to help you with tools and approaches for controlling expert witness costs. Included will be answers to questions like:
Do I really need an expert?
What should my expert retention letter look like?
Establishing a budget for the expert?
How do I keep the expert within their budget?
Is there anything I can do to control fees and costs of opposing experts?
How can I obtain court intervention in reducing excessive opposing expert fees?
