The Washington State Association for Justice provides legal education, litigation support, networking, information sharing, government relations and amicus representation for its members.
Legal Education
WSAJ offers between 20 - 30 cutting edge CLEs annually, live and on-line. Members receive discounts up to 40%. CLE materials can be searched on-line and are available to be downloaded on-line.
Litigation Support
Brief Bank - hundreds of trial and appellate briefs available on-line
Trial Aids and exhibits available to members at no or minimal cost
Plaintiff expert database making it possible for members to locate the right expert in almost every field
Case Evaluation Clinics provide independent review of cases, assessing value, liability and assisting with trial strategies

Members have access to a wide range of practice handbooks in the following: Auto Deskbook, Workers Comp Deskbook, Employment Law Deskbook, Trial Notebook, Motions and Pleadings CD and more.
WSAJ Members network at roundtable and section meetings. Roundtables are geographic based groups of members who meet to discuss cases, meet w. experts and support each other. WSAJ has also twelve sections for different practice areas including civil rights, consumer protection, criminal law, elder abuse, employment law, insurance, legal staff, maritime, medical negligence, product liability, workers compensation and WOW (Women of WSAJ).
WSAJ sponsors a range of special events including a Law Day Celebration, the annual Holly Ball and a Convention.

List serves - WSAJ hosts eleven lists for different practice areas including the above mentioned sections and the EAGLE list.

WSAJ is the most effective law related organization in Olympia representing the interests of injured people
Twelve to fifteen amicus briefs are filed each year with the Washington State Supreme Court by the highly respected WSAJ Amicus Foundation Committee and its staff.
