Robert D. Bohm is a trial lawyer at Robert D. Robert earned his B.S. degree from Northern Illinois University and his J.D. degree from the University of Arizona. Robert is admitted to practice in all Washington State courts, all Arizona State courts, the U.S. District Courts in Arizona and the Western & Eastern Districts of Washington, the 9th Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals, and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Robert is an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice and serves on the WSAJ Continuing Legal Education Committee. He has served as president of the Arizona Association for Justice and has served that organization as chair of its Continuing Legal Education Committee, Legislative Committee and Advanced Trail Advocacy Conference. With the American Association for Justice, he has served or serves as a member of the President's Committee on the Federal Judiciary, the Law Schools Committee, the Resort Torts Litigation Group, the Jury Bias Litigation Group and the Spinal Cord Injury Litigation Group, which he currently co-chairs.
