Dustin J. Dailey is a 2007 graduate of the University of Washington School of Law. He began his legal career with the Washington State Attorney General's Office, representing the Department of Labor and Industries in worker compensation and WISHA hearings. He advised the Department's third party recovery section and led implementation of the Tobin decision. Dustin transitioned from the AG's office to Labor and Industries where he served as the first program manager for the new Structured Settlement Unit and led the Department's implementation of this new legislation.
Missing his days as a litigator, Dustin joined Putnam Lieb Potvin in February 2013 where he represents injured parties in worker compensation and personal injury cases.
