Robert D. Bohm focuses his practice on cases involving serious injuries and wrongful death occurring on the premises of others. This includes falls on commercial property, apartment and condominium complexes, sidewalks and walkways, and in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Additionally, he handles cases involving insurance misconduct and bad faith.
After working for six years in the communications industry, Robert attended law school, graduating in 2 ½ years from the University of Arizona College of Law. For the past 32 years he has exclusively handled Plaintiff’s personal injury cases. The majority at that time has involved representing individuals who have been injured on the premises of others.
Robert is a past President of the Arizona Association for Justice, past President of the Arizona Spinal Cord Injury Association, and past Vice Chair of the Arizona Governors Council for Head and Spinal Cord injuries. He is the current co-chair of the Spinal Cord Injury Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice. He is a multi-year designee as a Southwest Superlawyer. He moved to Washington in 2013 to escape what had become a “hostile climate” in Arizona. He has been a member of the Washington State Association for Justice since 2010. He is proud to be an EAGLE member of the association.
