Tiffany Cartwright is an attorney at MacDonald Hoague & Bayless, where she focuses on civil rights and employment litigation, particularly cases involving police misconduct, failure to accommodate disabilities, and gender and pregnancy discrimination. Tiffany also represents clients in criminal trial, appellate, and post-conviction proceedings.
Prior to joining MHB, Tiffany was an associate at Jenner & Block in Chicago, Illinois, where she litigated a variety of cases and maintained an active pro bono practice focused on death penalty appeals. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Betty Binns Fletcher of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Dana Fabe of the Alaska Supreme Court. She is a graduate of Stanford Law School, where she was a member of the Stanford Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. Tiffany is an Eagle member of WSAJ and a member of the WDWA Federal Bar Association Local Rules Committee.
