Ralph Brindley is a partner of the Luvera Law Firm, in Seattle. His practice focuses on plaintiff’s medical negligence cases and plaintiff’s personal injury law.
Mr. Brindley received his law degree from New York University in 1978. He received his B.A. in accounting from the University of Washington in 1972. He served in the U.S. Army from 1972-1975.
Mr. Brindley has tried multiple cases that resulted in judgments being entered in excess of one million dollars. In 2011, he tried a case involving a tractor trailer hitting a 62 year old woman in her car. The jury returned a verdict in excess of $11,500,000. Last year he tried three cases, the first, a medical malpractice case involving breast cancer resulting in an award of $2,018,920, the second was a medical malpractice case against the University of Washington resulting in an award of $15,255,977. The third was a medical malpractice case against the Wenatchee Valley Medical Center, resulting in a jury award of $18,000,000.
Mr. Brindley is a member of WSTLA, and the WSBA. He is a past member of the WSTLA Board of Governors, member and past president of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is a member of The International Society of Barristers, member and past president of the Damage Attorneys Round Table, and is also a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
