David A. Bufalini graduated from Western Washington State College (now University) in 1974 with a degree in Political Science. He attended the University of Puget Sound School of Law (now Seattle University School of Law), graduating in December, 1977. He has been licensed to practice law in Washington since June, 1978. Since 1979, he has limited his practice to plaintiffs’ personal injury claims of all types. He is a member of WSAJ, ABOTA, the Western and Eastern District Federal Courts of Washington, the Washington State Bar Association, the Pierce and King County Bar Associations, & the American Association for Justice. He is AV rated and is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Registry of Preeminent Attorneys.
Mr. Bufalini has been selected by Washington Law and Politics as a Super Lawyer continuously since 2002, and was voted by his peers as one of the Top 40 Plaintiffs Personal Injury Attorneys in 2007. He was named one of the Seattle Top 115 Attorneys by Seattle Magazine in 2002. He has authored numerous seminar papers, authored and edited chapters in publications concerning personal injury claims, and has chaired, co-chaired, and spoken at numerous trial lawyer seminars.
Mr. Bufalini continues to represent victims of automobile, motorcycle, and pedestrian accidents, as well as workers injured on construction sites, and consumers injured due to landowner negligence. He has tried over 85 cases to verdict in Whatcom, Snohomish, King, Pierce, and Kitsap counties, and in the Federal District Court for the Western District of Washington. He is a member of the Million Dollar Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Forum.
