BEN BARCUS is a trial lawyer whose firm emphasizes plaintiff’s personal injury, wrongful death, civil rights, and insurance matters. He is a graduate of the University of Washington and the University of Puget Sound School of Law (now Seattle University). He is admitted to the Washington State Bar Association, U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. In another case, the jury awarded $11.8 million against the State of Washington for the wrongful death of a 2+ year old boy who drowned in a lake across the street from an improperly licensed daycare. He is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, has been selected as a Super Lawyer, and enjoys the highest peer-reviewed rating.
