Bill Bailey is a 30 year WSAJ member who now teaches full-time as the first Professor From Practice at the University of Washington School of Law.
His new book, co-authored with Terence J. McAdam, "Law, Science and Experts: Civil and Criminal Forensics," explores the techniques needed for dealing with expert witnesses successfully. His prior book,"Show The Story: The Power Of Visual Advocacy," co-written with his trial consultant brother Robert, represents 20 years of effort in applying human behavior, communication and multi-media research to the creative process of trial work. Bill also is a co-author of the acclaimed "Cross-Examination Handbook" with Prof. Ronald Clark and Prof. Robert Dekle, just out in its second edition. (Aspen 2014).
Bill is in "The Best Lawyers In America," as well as a former ATLA "Rising Star," WSAJ "Trial Lawyer of the Year" and National Law Journal "Litigator of the Month."
