Beth Barrett Bloom is a partner with Frank Freed Subit & Thomas in Seattle, Washington where she represents individuals and unions in employment and labor matters. She is a an experienced trial attorney who recently secured a $1 million judgment for an individual whistleblower in federal court. She is an author of the WSAJ Employment Law Desk Book and taught Employment Law as an adjunct professor at Seattle University School of Law. Washington Law & Politics magazine recognized Ms Bloom as a “Super Lawyer” in 2015.
Ms. Bloom is a former law clerk to Judge Deborah Batts of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Bloom is a former elected trustee of the King County Bar Association and a founder of QLaw, the GLBT Bar Association of Washington. She is a cum laude graduate of New York University School of Law.
