Linda M. Callahan, author of the Washington DUI Practice Manual Including Related Driving Offenses, Washington Practice Vol. 32, is the principal owner and attorney at Callahan Law. She is also published in Understanding Scientific Evidence and in the DWI Journal of Law & Science, and she co-authored The DUI Book-Washington Edition. With attorney Ted Vosk, Ms. Callahan argued the landmark case, City of Fircrest v. Jensen, which expanded judicial power to suppress breath test results in DUI cases under the rules of evidence. Ms. Callahan is a member of the National College for DUI Defense, WDA, WACDL, NACDL, ABA and an alumnus of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer’s College in Dubois, Wyoming.
