BILL BARTON graduated from Willamette University Law School in 1972 and was admitted to the Oregon State Bar the same year. He is a highly regarded trial lawyer and CLE lecturer and has litigated over 500 jury trials as part of a practice focusing on claims of psychological injury and sexual exploitation. Bill is the author of Recovering for Psychological Injuries, 2nd Edition and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and past president of the Oregon chapter, a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Society of Barristers, and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. Bill is past president of both the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and Western Trial Lawyers Association and has lectured on trial advocacy in 35 states and four countries.
