W. EUGENE HALLMAN is a trial lawyer in the firm of Hallman and Dretke, Pendleton Oregon and has practiced law in Oregon since 1974. Mr. Hallman is an accomplished litigator in both state and
federal court and has tried over 500 cases throughout the State of Oregon. He also practices before the Oregon Supreme Court, the Oregon Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Hallman has handled over 150 appeals including some of the largest personal injury appeals in Oregon history. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, has been elected to membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates, and in 2006, 2007 and 2008 was designated as an Oregon Super Lawyer in the area of plaintiff's personal injury law. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. In 2009, Hallman was awarded the distinguished trial lawyer of the year and is currently the president elect of American Board of Trial Advocates.
