Summary

In light of events of the last few weeks, take this opportunity to brush up on 1st and 4th Amendment Law. Know what, where, when, and how the government can restrict demonstrations, and what to do when you observe a potential constitutional violation. This applies to attorneys both participating in protests and also as advisers and observers of others exercising their 1st Amendment rights.
