Summary

It’s been an eventful year for the Insurance Fair Conduct Act (IFCA). Isaac Ruiz (Keller Rohrback L.L.P.) is hard at work on the new edition of his IFCA book—to be unveiled at next year’s WSAJ insurance seminar—and will be giving a quick overview of case developments, hot topics, and practice tips.

Isaac Ruiz is a partner with Keller Rohrback. He was selected to the 2015 and 2016 Washington Super Lawyers lists and is rated a “Superb” lawyer by Avvo.The first college graduate in his family, Mr. Ruiz completed his degree at the University of Texas at Austin (Government and Economics) in just two and a half years.
