Telling Your Client's Story VISUALLY in the Opening Statement and Winning Every Time (no kidding!)

Most jurors (and people) are lousy listeners. Using Powerpoint or Keynote (Powerpoint for Mac) you can easily, professionally and powerfully adjust the juror's algorithms to guarantee a win virtually every time. The plaintiff's biggest advantage is that they go first. All the jury research proves that in the first 45 minutes of the trial, the jurors are forming the algorithms in their brains that will act as the framework in which they will view the entire trial. Build good framework and the research proves that it is almost impossible to change the way the jurors will vote. Using visual images will also move your story from the juror's short term memory into their long term memory so they will be talking about your case when they go into the jury room (which is a very good thing). It is time to move to the 21st Century. You don't need any special training as Mr. Brady will take away all the mystery and teach anyone in 90 minutes or less the basics to modernize their approach to putting on a trial.
