It’s been an eventful year for the Insurance Fair Conduct Act (IFCA). Isaac Ruiz (Keller Rohrback L.L.P.) is hard at work on the new edition of his IFCA book—to be unveiled at next year’s WSAJ insurance seminar—and will be giving a quick overview of case developments, hot topics, and practice tips.

Isaac Ruiz is a partner at Keller Rohrback L.L.P. in Seattle, Washington. He represents insurance claimants and people who have been seriously injured by others. He is the author of Washington’s Insurance Fair Conduct Act: Cases & Analysis (2014).

Isaac grew up in La Feria, a border town in South Texas. Both of his parents immigrated from Mexico. After school and on weekends, Isaac worked in farm fields with his family.
