Summary

Data breaches are nothing new. But the extent to which data intrusion can wreak havoc on a law firm has exploded with the omnipresence of cloud storage. Cybercriminals look for paths of least resistance and small and medium-sized firms have also fallen prey to breaches. This ethics CLE warns law firms of all sizes to make sure that they’re diligent in safeguarding their clients’ electronically stored data.
