A record 1,245 WSAJ members – more than half of all WASJ members -- are now committed WSAJ EAGLES because they want to support one of the nation’s most respected plaintiff attorney government affairs programs. Crumb ensures the WSAJ EAGLE program lives up to its reputation and results.
For the past two years, Crumb has successfully expanded WSAJ’s partnerships and sponsorships that help underwrite innovative programs to strengthen attorney practice areas and future trial lawyers. She brings more than two decades of legal and public affairs experience to her leadership.
Crumb’s public affairs experience is steeped in public policy from Olympia to DC’s Capitol Hill. Her unique public affairs background ensure our members have one of the strongest advocates for WSAJ’s prestigious EAGLE program, our top membership credited for protecting Washington’s civil justice system. Whether she is helping new attorneys build out their practice or seasoned attorneys carve out important case law, Crumb’s deep understanding of emerging public policy and the law make her a standout on the WSAJ team.
Prior to her role as member services director, Crumb served in top leadership positions under Washington state’s most respected congressional delegations. For two years, she served U.S. Sen. Maria Cantwell’s as her state director. She spent more than a decade in leadership roles for U.S. Rep. Jim McDermott, U.S. Rep. Norm Dicks and WSAJ’s public affairs team. She also served two years as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Washington in Spokane.
