Eligibility for WSAJ membership is limited to attorneys who represent clients whose interests align with the purposes and mission of WSAJ in one or more areas of law: plaintiff’s personal injury, employment, workers’ compensation, social security benefits, longshore-workers’ action, consumer protection and/or plaintiff civil rights cases. I do not represent insurance companies and am not regularly retained or hired by insurance companies, or in defense of corporations, risk pools, and local, state, and federal government agencies.

Regular Attorney Membership (Voting)
- 15+ years in practice - $660 per year
- 11 to 14 years in practice - $528 per year
- 6 to 10 years in practice - $396 per year
- 2 to 5 years in practice - $264 per year
- Less than 2 years in practice - $132 per year
Other Membership Types (Non-Voting)
- WSAJ Retired Member - $156 per year - Any WSAJ plaintiff attorney in good standing with the bar (active or inactive) who no longer practices law (excluding pro bono).
- Public Interest Member - $204 per year - Practicing attorney employed by non-profit organization who supports the goals and mission of WSAJ and does not do any defense work in civil cases.
- EAGLE Legal Staff Member - $156 per year - Law clerks, paralegals, assistants or secretaries employed by a current WSAJ EAGLE Member and working in some support capacity. Employer name required.
